I finally caved in & jumped on that "Naked Palette" bandwagon. My boyfriend offered to get me this so I shrugged my shoulders & said "why not?" LOL. If you've ever ordered from Urban Decay before, you know that they have super fast shipping. I ordered it last Friday & received it this afternoon. That was less than a week wait :)
I really don't care for the brush that it came with. I wish I got the older palette that contained the 2 eyeliners instead. The brush doesn't pick up & pack on as much color as I'd like so I don't think I'll be using it.
I love that the palette comes with a mini size UDPP. You can never go wrong with that :) That's the base that I use under any eyeshadow or secondary base. It's a must have!
The palette is very pigmented. Urban Decay is known for their pigmented, soft & blendable eyeshadows. Of course, Urban Decay has outdone themselves again with this palette. If you're a neutral makeup wearer type of person, this palette will definitely suit you. Priced at $48 USD, I feel that it's worth it. If that's a little out of your budget or if this palette is hard to get a hold of in your area, have no fear. I will go through my Coastal Scents 88 Warm Palette & find dupes for you :) That will be in another post, of course. All the perks of the Naked Palette for a fraction of the price. Stay tuned. Till then, enjoy.
