I am so glad that I cancelled my subscription with this company! In the beginning they were really good. I enjoyed my boxes for the most part. And as the months went by the service & the products started to suck! My boxes were coming in late, some of the products were repeats, and the last straw for me was when I didn't receive a box for the month of December. *RAWR*
They emailed me saying that my December box would be late due to a shipping error. A few days later I get another email saying that I would not be receiving a box but instead they would credit my account by giving me points instead & if I wanted my money back for that month, I would have to email them. WTF! I thought that getting my money back should have been the first option.
I was so irritated that I didn't even care to ask for my $10 back. I just cancelled my subscription. I don't think I'll be going back unless they improve on product & customer service.
Just thought I should get that out there. Needed to blow off some steam. So now that that's done... has anyone been through this with Birchbox? Let me know your stories.
